Georgia Canines For Independence, Inc.
GCI improves the physical, emotional, and social health of children by providing animal therapy and makes life more fulfilling and independent for children and adults with physical disabilities by providing trained assistance dogs. GCI does not charge for any of its services. Each service dog receives two years of training, learns over 80 commands, and is then given away at absolutely no cost (including a lifetime of instructional support).
