A Partnership for Change (APFC) is a NJ-based non-profit organization dedicated to ending intimate partner violence. Visit us at www.APartnershipforChange.org A Partnership for Change, Inc. (APFC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to domestic violence and dating abuse through the provision of education, prevention and outreach programs. We also provide counseling support and crisis intervention to teen and adult victims. APFC operates programs throughout the state of New Jersey.
