Family Cooperative Preschool is a high quality early childhood program providing a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of young children. Children learn through play, interactions with peers and adults, and through the active exploration of nature and materials. The preschool offers a creative, flexible program designed to meet childrens individual developmental needs. Our program is geared towards building self-esteem, confidence, curiosity, responsibility and respect for one another. Extensive use of the outdoors and nature is an integral part of the curriculum. Children spend a significant amount of time outdoors on most days throughout the school year.

What sets us apart Our threeroom schoolhouse is located in a beautiful pastoral setting with ample space for indoor and outdoor activity and unique opportunities for nature exploration and learning. Weather permitting children can spend most of the day outdoors every day.
