The National Society for the Preservation of Covered Bridges, Inc. was formed to preserve covered bridges. To gather and record knowledge of the history of covered bridges. To collect and preserve pictures, printed, and manuscript matter and other articles of historical interest concerning covered bridges. To do all things, alone or in cooperation with other persons or corporations, necessary or advisable to carry out any or all of the foregoing purposes and objects.

Help Wanted. The NSPCB has developed a mobile app to help you plan and document your visits to covered bridges in the US and Canada. The iOS version was recently released in the Apple Store and we are now working towards having the Android version of the "Covered Bridge Guide" tested so it can be listed in the Google "Play Store".
