The Mission of the O.A.C.B.H.A. Foundation is to be a statewide provider of educational programs and advocacy for quality and cost effective treatment and prevention services The Foundation shall provide leadership and advocacy to promote public policies and initiatives that support the administration and delivery of local mental health, alcohol and other drug addiction services.
