The J-CAP Foundation was founded in 1980 by Executive Director Thomas White Jr. It was renamed Thomas White Jr. Foundation in his honor February 2014. To encourage and support charitable, scientific, educational, and religious endeavors to assist those in need of assistance and uplift our youth to be successful in the future.
