Tailored for Success, Inc. π www.tailoredforsuccess.org π Locations: Cambridge, Woburn, or Malden, MA β° Schedule: 10 hours/week | Hybrid (Flexible) π Wage: $17/hour (Starting Pay) Are you a retail or customer service professional looking for meaningful, part- time work? Tailored for Success, Inc. is a nonprofit organization helping job seekers prepare for employment is hiring a Program Assistant to support operations at our Career Closet locations. This is a great opportunity to use your people skills and retail experience to make a real impact in the community. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Support π΅ Greet clients and provide a respectful, personalized shopping experience. π΅ Help clients select professional attire and offer guidance on dressing for interviews. π΅ Maintain appointment schedules and ensure a welcoming environment. Inventory & Retail Operations π΅ Receive, tag, and organize donated clothing. π΅ Restock inventory and keep racks and fitting areas tidy. π΅ Identify high-quality pieces suitable for resale and assist with pricing. Administrative Tasks π΅ Perform data entry and maintain inventory tracking systems. π΅ Assist with document preparation, spreadsheet maintenance, and office support. π΅ Support events, donation drives, and special projects as needed. Qualifications π΅ High school diploma or equivalent (HiSET/GED required). π΅ 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or admin support. π΅ Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. π΅ Attention to detail and ability to work independently. π΅ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). π΅ Able to lift up to 30 lbs and support organizing clothing inventory. π΅ Passion for helping others and alignment with our mission.
