Central Neighborhood Welcome to Central Area Neighborhood Development Organization Sabathani Community Center Housed in the heart of Central CANDO is on the third floor of this historical building. More about SCC Central neighborhood residents are encouraged to join representatives from the CANDO Board of Directors at our monthly meeting where we discuss organizational activities neighborhood issues and PlantGrowShare programming. The Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of the month. These meetings are open to the public although only neighbors who live in the central area are members able to participate in voting.
