Larsen Family Public Library in Webster is a member of the Northern Waters Library Service. The library is open to all Wisconsin property owners and out-of-state visitors. The mission of the Larsen Family Public Library is to provide quality materials and services which fulfill educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the entire community in an atmosphere that is welcoming, respectful, and business like way.
