Every month over 20 families visit our donation room to pick up clothing, household items and toys. The remaining items get transported by our volunteers to refugees in San Diego on monthly basis where over 25 families show up to take what they need. Educate a CHILD one family at a time Nowruz 1404 Drive Every year CHILD International holds a seasonal drive for Nowruz. Nowruz is the New Year for many cultures and communities it marks the beginning of the spring season. Every year we raised fund to distribute to children and their families. Every year our Nowruz Eidi Drive goal is to donate to over 300 children and their families in El Cajon through our Refugee Relief and AdoptaFamily Program nationally and internationally and to fund projects in Iran for food voucher distributions and the addition of vocation school programs for students in underprivileged regions in Iran.
