Seasonal Initiatives: The organization conducts annual drives, such as the Nowruz Drive, which aims to distribute resources to children and their families during the Nowruz New Year celebrations in various cultures. This drive supports over 300 children and families through their Refugee Relief and Adopt-a-Family Program, and funds projects in underprivileged regions.
Funding and Operations
In response to rising costs, CHILD International has increased its donations from $30 to $40 per child for specific programs. Each child receives $40 in cash, and their family members receive checks and additional items like toys and clothing. The organization relies on donations to fund its programs and operations.

Every month over 20 families visit our donation room to pick up clothing, household items and toys. The remaining items get transported by our volunteers to refugees in San Diego on monthly basis where over 25 families show up to take what they need. Your donations of gently used items are greatly appreciated.
