Good-Will Fire Department To Report an emergency call 911 Protecting you is what we do. The GoodWill Fire Department is a volunteer fire company which provides fire and rescue protection to many residents and businesses in the Town of Newburgh. We encompass a wide stretch of the southeast corner of the Town of Newburgh providing protection from Washington Lake to the MidValley Mall. We protect a widespread area including two exit ramps and several miles along Interstate 84 two malls and a large range of residential and commercial zones stretching from Vails Gate to Middlehope.
