Sterilization of feral and stray cats to assist in population control . Public education to assist in cat colony maintenance and also to encourage sterilization of all cats. Also assists people by taking privately owned cats to vets for surgery. Encourage reading in children and encourage love of horses and riding by having them read horse related books and write compositions to be awarded with riding lessons or trail rides at public stables.
