Berkshire County Boards of Health Association Introduction Berkshire County Boards of Health Association BCBOHA is an educational organization supporting the 32 local boards of health BOH in Berkshire County MA for more than 80 years. BCBOHA is also the Berkshire County Public Health Emergency Preparedness PHEP Coalition. All Berkshire BOH members and staff are voting members who annually elect a sevenmember Executive Committee that meets on the third Wednesday at 1245 PM.
