A Giving Heart
At our Community Center we host an after school program from 3pm-7pm for grades Kindergarten through twelfth. We provide homework assistance, snacks, activities during our regular hours as well as after program hours and dinner. MISSION STATEMENT:The mission for this program is to enhance the knowledge of the homeless families in order to place them back into society as a functioning unit by:1. Assessing the families need due to mental issues, drug use and lack of training in other professional fields.2. Train the families on current computer programs and tutor the children.3. Assess health issues for the entire family. Our mission is to service to the youth by providing nutritional meals and activities through our after school program.
