EDD Adaptive Sports (also know as EDD Memorial Fund) offers adaptive sports programs for children an The mission of EDD Adaptive Sports is to provide adaptive sports programs for children and adults with physical, cognitive and developmental disabilities.  We aim to level the playing field by making sports accessible and fun for individuals with disabilities. Our programs reach athletes from 5 to 50+ years old, and at every skill level from novice to advanced. At each program, we aim for participating athletes to have fun, and to learn basic sports skills or to advance their current skills. Our long-term goals are for individuals with disabilities to develop a life-long interest in sports and to build confidence in their abilities. Participating in sports has clear physical benefits. It also combats the isolation and depression experienced by many individuals with disabilities.
