ORSA BOUNDARIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE BOROUGHS OF HIGHSPIRE, MIDDLETOWN, AND ROYALTON AND THE TOWNSHIP OF LOWER SWATARA. ORSA IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY TO FOSTER NATIONAL AMATEUR SOCCER COMPETITION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.

Home Olmsted Regional Soccer Association Olmsted Regional Soccer Associationhas been a proud member of the Central PA soccer community for 40 years. Olmsted began as a dream of a few parents in 1977. The club started with 3 teams and by the time the first official season began in September 1978 Olmsted had 108 children covering 6 teams and running from U10 to U16. Now Olmstedfields as many as 26 teams betweenSelect and Rec andserved over 300 kids annually.
