We are so proud of Team Brooklyn Defenders! This past Sunday, our team of runners participated in the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon and successfully raised over $17,800 in support of our Critical Items Fund and our advocacy work to reform the criminal, family and immigration legal systems.   Thanks to this amazing marathon team and the generosity of their supporters, we can continue to provide clients with essential resources like phones, transportation, clothing, and assistance covering costly immigration application fees.
