Our staff is dedicated to ensure continuity of care to all our established and new patients. In effort to minimize the spread of the COVID 19 Virus we have opened up Tele Medicine certain restrictions apply to your home for your medication management appointment for all patients. This is just a temporary release from the state and government until we all get through the threat of the virus.
