Since 1972, the JCCRP has been providing services on a non - sectarian basis to those in need and advocating issues of concern to the community. TOVA'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE MENTORS TO CHILDREN WHO NEED A CARING ADULT ROLE IN THEIR LIVES AND TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY WITH ASSISTANCE FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN.
