Orleans Community Health is a full-service health system serving Western NY. It includes the Orleans Community Health Foundation, Medina Memorial Hospital, Albion Healthcare Center, Middleport Lab, and two dialysis centers (Medina and Batavia). THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO RAISE AND ORGANIZE FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF ORLEANS COMMUNITY HEALTH.
