THE MEDICAL CARE WILL BE PROVIDED COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE BY PHYSICIANS AND MID-LEVEL PRACTITICTIONERS AND WILL INCLUDE FREE DIAGNOSTIC TESTING, MEDICATIONS AND BOTH NON-SURGICAL AND SURGICAL TREATMENT.
