SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTING OUR PROGRAMS AND ART DISPLAYS IS THE FOUNDATIONAL VIEWS BY OUR GOVERNING BODY AND MEMBERSHIP. THE ART GALLERY IS STAFFED BY VOLUNTEERS AND OPERATE DAILY FOR SIX HOURS AND SOME HOLIDAYS. WE PROVIDE SOCIAL NETWORKING WITH ARTISTS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND GENERAL MEETINGS. PROGRAMS ARE FREE OR AT A MINIMUM FEE TO PROMOTE ARTISTIC ABILITIES FOR ALL AGE GROUPS. THE FACILITY IS OWNED BY THE CITY AND THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP THE VVAA IS ALLOWED TO EXPOSE OUR COMMUNITY TO TRAVELING ART DISPLAYS, SPECIALIZED RECOGNITION ARTISTS, EMERGING ARTISTS AND ENCOURAGE ALL AGES TO CREATE ART WORK.
