Last year, CSI CT participated in the Connecticut Community Foundation’s Give Local online giving event, our CSI community, YOU, showed up in a huge way! 54 donations combined with bonus funds from event sponsors for a total donation of over $6,291 for CSI CT! An unexpected increase of $6,291, allowed us to do additional renovations and maintenance to our 30+ homes throughout our community- providing safe and comfortable homes for people with disabilities. The giving day will kick off at: Starts at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, April 29 end at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30 The Give Local campaign, is a 36-hour online event unites donors, businesses, and local charities to provide crucial support for the Greater Waterbury and Litchfield Hills community in CT. CSI is honored to be part of this amazing outreach! 🙌 Since its inception in 2013, Give Local has raised over $17.2 million and supported more than 300 local nonprofits. Last year, CSI CT raised $6,291.00 —let’s see if we can beat that this year!
