The Clayton Fire Department (NC) recently hosted a “Quality Improvement for the Fire and Emergency Services” class, welcoming 24 dedicated fire service professionals from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Florida. Participants engaged in in-depth learning on key topics including community risk assessment and standards of cover (CRA/SOC), strategic planning, self-assessment, and the fire service accreditation process.
