Providing an Education of Excellence Through an Emergent Curriculum and AntiBias Approach Who We Are Since 1973 Brown Fox Point Early Childhood Education Center has provided a high quality fullday preschool program to families that live work or study in our community. Formed by Brown University and the Fox Point Neighborhood Association we incorporated as an independent nonprofit agency in 1979.
