SERVICES WILL ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPEECH AND LANGUAGE, FINE AND GROSS MOTOR SKILLS, AS WELL AS ENHANCING A CHILDS SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
