State Executive Committee YMCA

The goals and purposes of the New York State YMCA Foundation are to complement the ability of New York State YMCAs to achieve the Y mission to put Christian Principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We strive to improve the quality of life in New York State through the services and principles of the YMCA movement. By supporting the New York State YMCA Foundation, you are supporting all Ys within the State of New York.  There are 45 YMCAs in New York State with a total of over 120 branches. Many operate resident and overnight camps, offering children an invaluable experience. Every year, YMCAs across New York State serve over 1,000,000 children and teens. Programs such as Youth and Government empower teens to make a difference in their communities. In addition to our youth development programs, Ys also advance physical activity and healthy lifestyles for people of all ages.   Thank you again for your interest in New York State YMCA Foundation, Inc. and helping us to promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
