The Early Care & Learning Council is a statewide org that works to increase the quality, affordability and capacity of the early care and learning field in NYS. High quality early care and learning programs are critical to the healthy development of children and to the economic health of communities. The mission of Early Care & Learning Council, Inc is to promote excellence in early care and education with equal access forall families This is done primarily through the support of and in partnership with a strong network of community-based organizations that provide Child Care Resource and Referral services

The CCRCs are on the front lines providing direct assistance and support to parents child care providers and employers in their communities. Here to help CCRCs are coordinating and planning agencies for local child care services. They provide support to child care providers parents businesses and local governments.
