We are grateful to Attorney General Platkin and his team for visiting Younity this week and recognizing the lifesaving work our staff does every day to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Their visit highlights the critical role of Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding in ensuring that survivors and families across New Jersey receive the services they need. While the federal government’s proposed changes could impact VOCA funding in the future, no cuts have taken place.
