OCO is the community action agency for Oswego County, offering over 50 human services programs aimed at empowering vulnerable populations and creating thriving communities. TO INSPIRE PARTNERSHIPS AND PROVIDE SERVICES THAT EMPOWER PEOPLE, SUPPORT COMMUNITIES AND CHANGE LIVES.
