In March 1971 was the birth of SEBNC a multiservice agency, whose mission is to plan, develop, and provide services that enhance the quality of life and facilitate empowerment of the families of the Southeast Bronx. THE MISSION OF THE SOUTHEAST BRONX NEIGHBORHOOD CENTERS, INC (SEBNC) IS TO PLAN, DEVELOP AND PROVIDE SERVICES THAT ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FACILITATE EMPOWERMENT OF THE CONSTITUENTS OF THE SOUTHEAST BRONX.
