Welcome - Micosay Dancers - Heart of America Council Micosay Dancers Tribe of Micosay Heart of America Council About the Micosay Dancers The Micosay Dancers established in 1979 are dedicated to advancing the objectives and principles of Scouting America particularly through the summer camping program organized by the Heart of America Council at the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation utilizing the art of dance. The Micosay Dancers are authorized to participate in all ceremonies at the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation and are also invited to perform at various Scouting and civic events throughout the year.
