Help and hope for families and friends of alcoholics About AlAnon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone elses drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the AlAnon principles families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations whether or not the alcoholic admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help. AlAnon is not allied with any sect denomination political entity organization or institution does not engage in any controversy neither endorses nor opposes any cause. There are no dues for membership.
