Creative Arts Parent Association CAPA For over 50 years the Creative Arts Parent AssociationCAPA has been committed to supporting thevisual musical and dramatic artsprograms at Wayland High School. Our volunteer group of parents and guardians raise funds and promote awareness of Wayland High Schools calendar of fine art events musical and theater performances. Funds are used for enrichment grants visiting artists and musicians classes field trips and competitions not covered by the school budget.
