Neighborhood Health (formerly United Neighborhood Health Services) is a private, non-profit network of primary care clinics and health programs. Neighborhood Health is Nashville's Family Doctor. We are dedicated to improving the health of our community by providing affordable quality care to all. Salvus Center is a faith-based health center that seeks to reclaim the Biblical and historical commitment to care for those who are sick and in need, so they might experience wholeness, wellness and healing.
