CARROLL GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC. (CGA) FULFILLS THIS MISSION BY PRESERVING AND DEVELOPING AFFORDABLE HOUSING, ENFORCING QUALITY HOUSING MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, PROMOTING SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND PROVIDING AND LINKING RESIDENTS TO SOCIAL SERVICES AND RESOURCES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES.
