Our Mission is to provide all children in the Orcutt Union School District the opportunities to experience and participate in the visual and performing arts. Empowering Young Lives Through The Arts The Foundation carried out a number of fundraising activities the revenues from which were used to carry out its exempt function of supporting the arts.
