To protect and preserve the well-being of displaced, homeless, unwanted or abandoned dogs, both pure breeds and mixed breeds, through a comprehensive program designed to locate, retrieve, treat, shelter, train and place these dogs in appropriate homes and to assure that their interests and welfare are fully and effectively guaranteed by an educated, aware and caring society and to carry on other charitable and educational activities associated with this goal as allowed by law.
