The mission of Metro Tacoma Fencing Club (MTFC) is to provide a safe and friendly environment in the Tacoma and Pierce County area for individuals to learn, practice or teach fencing in order to promote fencing as great exercise, competitive sport and recreational activity. MTFC prides itself on having an inclusive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere where friendships develop naturally. We have a lively, social and supportive member base.

Metro Tacoma Fencing Club Metro Tacoma Fencing Club The Home of Sport Fencing in the South Puget Sound Welcome Metro Tacoma Fencing Club MTFC has been serving the South Puget Sound since 1999. We specialize in Olympic style sport fencing and our experienced staff offers quality training and instruction in foil and epee to all ages and experience levels. We have recreational fencers who come for open fencing to stay physically fit beginners who are excited to learn this sport and advanced fencers who practice three or more days a week in addition to taking private lessons and competing at tournaments. Our fencers have competed locally regionally nationally and internationally including world championship events.
