MISSION STATEMENT The North East Regional Law Enforcement Educational Association NERLEEA is committed to delivering exceptional education and opportunities to young individuals Cadets who are interested in pursuing a career in Law Enforcement. We will provide valuable resources for the Advisors who guide and mentor these Cadets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. CORE OBJECTIVES Our main objectives are to equip Cadets with relevant knowledge and experiences that will help prepare them for a successful career in Law Enforcement and adult life. This is achieved through a series of training events that take place throughout the year including the Cadet Police Academy cadet and advisor leadership training practical skills days and a tactical challenge.
