NECPUC promotes effective state regulation through the dissemination and exchange of information, including opportunities to study utility and regulatory issues, and by providing forums for NE regulators to learn from and exchange ideas with knowledgeable parties. NECPUC also acts as a liaison with state, federal, and foreign commissions, regulatory authorities, and utility-focused organizations.
