Executive Director - MassHire Cape & Islands Workforce Board The CIWB is organized as a private non-profit 501 (c) 3 corporation, formed to carry out the mandates of the federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998. This work is conducted under the guidance of leaders from the private, public, and non profit sectors. THE ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING ALL PUBLICLY FUNDED VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THE CAPE COD, MARTHA'S VINEYARD, AND NANTUCKET AREAS.
