Using photography as a personal development tool to bridge, build, and heal We are a youth-oriented organization with the mission to provide resources and information that supports the personal development of girls and young women. We host workshops and community events for adolescent/teen girls and young women, and our workshops usually incorporate visual arts. We have a unique photography/video program that helps attendees  build leadership skills  develop and maintain self-confidence and healthy self-esteem  Cultivate and grow a positive image of self  Discover individual gifts and talents  Learn to create constructive media that uplifts humanity Though our focus is on females, we do have workshops for males, also.
