WALKIN N CIRCLES RANCH INC
Founded in 2002, we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit equine rescue organization. New Mexico Horse Rescue at Walkin N Circles Ranch ensures safe and comfortable care for 50 horses that have been neglected, abused, abandoned or relinquished by their owners and horses seized by the New Mexico Livestock Board at risk of slaughter. We offer safe shelter, food, daily care, preventative and emergency medical and dental treatment, farrier care, rehabilitation and training. A series of educational programs are offered for volunteer ranch hands to enrich their horse handling skills and horse care knowledge ensuring that our horses receive consistent rehabilitation experiences. Horses in our care are given a chance of a dignified life by rehabilitating and re-training them to prepare for adoption in well-screened homes where they can again serve a useful purpose and be loved.

🎉ADOPTION ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉 To round out Adopt-a-Horse month, join us in celebrating the adoption of Chico, a cute and very charismatic 4-year-old gelding who was found abandoned in 2021 near Dexter as a small colt. Emily from Bernalillo was hoping to find a ground-trained companion for her senior gelding, and Chico immediately melted her heart. Congratulations to this lucky pair.
