Many live with mental illness are disabled veterans have multiple diagnoses or are victims of domestic violence. They want to get back on their feet find jobs join a community but do not know where to begin. Since 1985 Mercy Haven has provided temporary and permanent housing and critical services to these and other populations incrisis serving over 300 adults and children each year in the fight to end chronic homelessness and mental illness stigma on Long Island.
