Bridge Meadows creates and inspires intergenerational communities for the well-being of children, families, and elders. Built around the concept of interdependence, our affordable communities support children and families who have been impacted by the foster care system, and low-to-moderate-income elders who serve as mentors and caregivers. By combining high-quality, affordable housing, wraparound therapeutic services, and intergenerational relationships, community members achieve stability, improved health and well-being, and resiliency that lasts a lifetime.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming staff and Board members from the NW Health Foundation to our Beaverton community for a visit and tour. 🏘️✨ We were grateful for the opportunity to share our mission in action and to connect around the shared goal of building healthier, more equitable communities.
