The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Ulster County is to change the lives of abused, abandoned and neglected children in Ulster County. Our professionally trained volunteers stand up for children in foster care, ensuring that heal from the trauma they have suffered, that they have a voice in court and that society fulfills its most basic promise of a safe, loving permanent home for every child.
