Although not born in Buffalo Western New York was dear to Randy and through the Marks Family Foundation his family continues his legacy of giving back to the community. OurMission Our mission is to support organizations that provide access opportunity and education to underrepresented minority and lowincome populations. We provide funding for organizations that offer programs in education arts or health for underrepresented populations especially youth. Grants are primarily given in Western New York Erie and Niagara Counties with secondary consideration given to programs within our mission in New York City and Vermont.
