Welcome to ISACC VIEW CLASSES VIEW EVENTS Located in Chinatown New York City the Indochina SinoAmerican Community Center was established in 1990. It was incorporated and granted taxexempt status 501c3 by the Internal Revenue Service in 1992. The Department of Taxation and Finance of the State of New York issued an Exempt Organization Certificate in the following year. In October 2003 the Center purchased and moved into our present site.
