Home Exchange Club of Madison The Exchange Club of Madison is an all volunteer civic organization of dedicated men and women working together to make our Connecticut shoreline a better place to live and to prevent child abuse. We organize and fully sponsor the Madison Independence Day Parade the Easter Egg Hunt at the Surf Club Excel student clubs numerous youth awards such as Youth of the MonthYear A. C. E.
